Time Zone: All private sittings are scheduled in Central Standard Time. Please be sure to check your time zone prior to booking a private sitting with Cindy. Private sittings are provided in person, over the phone, Skype, Facebook Messenger and Zoom.

 

Scheduling/Payments: Any and all payments must be received in advance of booking a private sitting or the result will be no session scheduled. Any and all purchases are final and there are no refunds.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cindy has 24-hour cancellation policy, from the actual appointment time, by which a client may cancel and be issued a refund. It is the client's responsibility to contact Cindy to cancel any session.

 

Late Clients: Clients that are 15 minutes late for a session will automatically have their session cancelled and no refund will be issued. If you are late, unfortunately, Cindy is not able to give you the full time for your session. There are no refunds given for late clients. Promptness is a necessity for all of Cindy's private sittings, therefore, for those who have an in-person private sitting with her please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your session.

 

Friends/Child(ren): Please contact Cindy before bringing a friend/friends or child(ren) to join in on your reading as this does have an effect on Cindy, the energy in the room, and the reading. Cindy discourages any child under the age of sixteen (16) to be present while she is reading and reserves the right to cancel the reading if she is not contacted prior to the session to approve.
